My all round man has arrived to fill up the hot tub and water tank for our next guests checking in on a Thursday afternoon, they have the right idea🙌

For every guest we fill up the tub with fresh spring or rainwater ready to heat, simply light a match as the firewood is stacked🔥Or we can have already warming on arrival if you wish🛁 It’s the little things we do to make your stay special✨

Whilst we have been OK for water so far this Spring, it is quite dry and the tanks are running a little on the low side, so we have our fingers crossed for a good drop over the next week (overnight preferable) with some sunshine in between for our guests🤞💧🌦️

The best part of hosting guests is the final prepping before guests arrival. Fresh cut hydrangeas, Prosecco on ice, fresh eggs, local honey and sourdough waiting on the kitchen bench. My favourite things in life I love to share💛

I do like having my cows and hens in a row and when the weather behaves and the fences work, this is how pasture raised farming should look!

Finally moooving these cows just over thata way to a big fresh paddock which turned green overnight after that highly anticipated rainfall🙌

The cows followed me so that was a yes and peace resides. Now the chickens will slowly follow in the circle of life♻️

Thursday mayhem! When the fences come down and the chickens decide to roam a little wider with the cows. Actually quite a cute sight but working out how I now get them all back🙈🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓🤷‍♀️

Literally built with our blue sky dreams. This is the experience we searched for 15 years ago, but never - found until now.

SkyDreamer is literally nestled in nature with views to inspire discovery. It’s also a proper working farm stay where you’ll see regenerative food production in motion.
Designed for two or those flying solo - SkyDreamer is a catalyst to disconnect from the cycle and rediscover nature. We have worked to create the ultimate experience so you can make moments for yourself to restore and rejuvenate.
Restoration apparatus includes; an outdoor wood fired hot tub to skydream away, a shower and skylight that’s sure to delight,a fire pit and cooking grill, with extremely comfy outdoor lounge chairs - for sitting and tuning into natures soundscape.

Situated on the edge of the Southern Highlands escarpment in Dharawal Country near Robertson. You will be on the top of your mountain - peak hinterland territory, where the weather gods set the mood.
Your location makes for easy access to breathtaking waterfalls and swimming spots and the sparsely populated beaches of the South Coast. Only a short 2 hour drive from Sydney/Canberra and 1 hour from Wollongong - escaping has never been so close.
