We have been asked in the past, why would people need a dog walker? 🤷🏼♀️
We can completely understand where this has come from however there are so many benefits of having one. ✅These are some Reasons from our own clients as to why they got a dog walker:
✅If you are out for longer than 4 hours, either for work or a social occasion, you can contact us and we will take your dog out for an hour of fun to split up their day so they aren’t alone all day. Think about it… it’s coming up to Christmas, you can go on that day out, you can go and do your Christmas shopping and go for that Christmas meal. It is recommended to not leave your dog for longer than 4 hrs at a time 🕰️ and we all know how busy life can get and work commitments you just can’t say no to, so why let your dog suffer?! Get in contact with us 💬and we will give them an hr or more of fun and exercise as well as socialisation… it’s a win win!! 🐾
✅ Some people can’t physically walk their dog and they know their dog still needs to get outside for a walk. It is vital for a dogs life, they learn so much from being outside and it gives them the exercise they need 🐶We are here to help, we understand every situation and there is no judgement… you love your dog and want the best for them so why would you not contact us and let us take them out for you.
✅ Some dogs love socialising with other dogs, a lot of dog owners don’t have any other dog friends to introduce their dogs to whilst out on a walk, this is where we come in! We offer group walks so the dogs that like to socialise can play and be around other dogs- even just once a week, take it as a play date, trust us… the dogs love it!! 🐾🐶
✅ Mental stimulation! Walks offer new sights, smells and sounds providing mental enrichment in a safe environment so that your dog isn’t bored!
✅ In some cases, the dog might actually walk better without their owner! Some dogs can become very protective over their owners and may find walks stressful or cause anxiety😥We have found some dogs can really be free on a walk with us and have a chance to enjoy their time out without having to think of being the protector. 🐾
