Mochi is the kitten I found while dog walking at Clio Park. He has grown into such a handsome, amazing cat 💕 I am so lucky to have found him that day 🥰 We absolutely adore this little guy.

We love summer and we absolutely love walks in the sunshine with our pups! ☀️
⚠️ But please be careful- hot asphalt can burn your dog's delicate paws 😫

Here's how to keep your pup's paws cool and comfy:
🐾 Before your walk, touch the pavement with the back of your hand. If it's too hot for you, it's too hot for your dog's paws! 🥵
🐾 Plan your walks for cooler times of the day when the pavement is cooler 😎
🐾 Consider protective dog boots or paw balm to create a barrier between your pup's paws and the hot surface 🐕

Don't let the hot pavement put a damper on your summer adventures! By taking a few precautions, you can keep your dog's paws happy and healthy all season long 😁

Pet Care Tip: Make sure your dog is up-to-date on their flea & tick and heartworm prevention!

With warmer weather comes the return of those pesky, uninvited guests: fleas, ticks, and heartworms 🚫 These parasites can make your dog miserable and even transmit diseases 😬

Protect your pup with year-round preventatives! 🐕
❌ Fleas & ticks can cause skin irritation, anemia, and transmit diseases.
❌ Heartworms are transmitted to your dog mosquitoes and can be fatal if left untreated.

Monthly preventatives can keep your dog safe! Talk to your vet about the best preventative option for your dog 🐾
⚠️ Important Note: Dog flea medications are TOXIC to cats 🐈‍⬛ Consult your veterinarian before using any flea or tick product on your pets, especially if you have a multi-pet household.
