Founded in 2017, Rubarthia Rescues’ ultimate goal is to create a world where no dogs are killed in shelters due to overcrowding or because they are considered to be un-adoptable. Rubarthia Rescues places dogs into temporary foster homes where they are socialized, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and treated for any medical or behavioral conditions limiting their adoptability. We actively search for pe

rmanent homes by social media and marketing exposure, by promotion on our website and by organizing mobile adoption fairs and special events that provide access to potential adopters.
