The patient was brought to the clinic with signs of difficulty in urination (dysuria) and a bloody drops of urine (hematuria). We found a huge (45mm diameter) urinary bladder stone on X-ray. Surgical interventions were made by performing 3 surgical procedures in this case, which took us almost 3 hours in the Operating Room.
