Did you know that Google says it’s International Cat Day today ~ 8th August ?
Well, every day should be Cat Day in my opinion
Happy International Cat Day 🩷💙
Madison’s nickname is Possum & the singleton kitten in her first litter was nicknamed Mini P.
She melted my heart at the time & I love looking at kitten photos of her 🩷
I might be biased ❤️

Throwback Tuesday
I was going back through old photos on my phone & found pics of my Miss Twiggy.
Her fancy name was Shyann Evening Shadow 🩷 & she was part of the show team for a few years.
💔 She passed away a while back but I miss her craziness. She would stare at the Birmans with her round gold eyes & they didn’t know what to do.
Kitten from a few years back ❤️

Dana 🩷
Dana is known called Velcro Cat but it wasn’t always that way.
She arrived as a 14 month old to widen our gene pool & I couldn’t touch her for months as she was so terrified.
I lost count of how many hours I spent sitting on the floor in the kitten room whilst she ignored me & told me (quite bluntly) to get out.
She slowly came around but was always nervous about being touched. I always questioned (& still do) whether she would be better in a single cat home.
She still isn’t a fan of being picked up, but I think she now actually likes attention (within her safe limit).
She can generally be found not too far away from wherever I am. Whilst I was prepping this post, she is on the back of the lounge as Khloe is on my lap.
🩷
Khloe is a character - lounging on the back of the couch - working out what mischief she can into 💕
This is a kitten from a few years ago - blue point with amazing eye colour
I miss having babies - it’s been a while (Sept 2023)
Anyone keen ??
I might have to check the calendar to see what’s coming up 🤔

💕 Delta ~ Ch Gramar Vanity Fair
Delta was my second breeding girl way back in 2013.
Nearly all of my cats are related to her & she produced the most stunning babies.
I always knew the type I would get & the colours (only seal & blue).
The only time she wanted human attention was when she was within 2 hours of giving birth.
She was definitely the alpha cat when she lived here.
She scored the most amazing home with new slaves when she retired who that accepted her for exactly who she was. 💕
Jazmena Leon & I will be at the show tomorrow

2024 ACF Nationals = done ✅
It was our first attendance at a National Cat Show since 2019. The hosting of Nationals rotate each year to different states.
Jazmena Leon was entered & was in a huge class of 69 beautiful kittens so it was going to be tough.
Whilst he didn’t come away with any placings, he had a good show experience & positive comments from international & interstate judges.
Turn the volume up to hear Paul Henry from NZ comments on Leon as he is being judged.
