Cali is our Calico rescued from the side of the road by a car wash. She looked at Momma Shelby and asked if she heard me, and dey both started looking.

Cali:

My mommas were walking home from dah movies one night late March of 2013, and were walking past dah car wash when Momma C heard me meowing from a drain to a ditch. Momma C spotted me from across dah ditch, all cold and wonely. Dey came over to meh and saw dat I was shivering. Momma Shelby called home and asked if evewyone was otay with dem bringing anoder kitteh home since dey alweady had o

ne living with dem, and dey got teh otay. Momma C picked me up, and I resisted at first, but eventually gave in. Dey took meh home, and it took a while for meh to adjust, but dey gave me food and a warm place to sleep in teh bedroom. And ever since, I've got nothing but love and affection from dem, Momma C's sister, and tiny human.
