Today im actually speechless … ( which is a lot for me )🙈🐾🐶

Today we have had 2 no shows for puppy viewings and no show groom .
Anyone who knows us .. knows how busy we are and work from early morning until late at night . Our time is fully accounted for with strict appointment times .. ( and we do have days planned very tightly )
When people contact us regarding viewings and have numerous communications back and forth and then not to turn up without so much as a message to cancel or apology is very unfair !!! We are well aware things happen but to be totally blanked and no messages answered is just down right rude .😡😡😡😡
