Who doesn’t love a gorgeous red golden retriever!? Meet Brix! He is a 2 year old golden that has moderate to high energy. He has had some training (even knows a little Spanish) but needs work on resource guarding. Because of this, he will not be placed in a home with children under the age of 14. He has been around other dogs and unknown about cats. He LOVES to play fetch!

Meet Poppy! She is an adorable petite 3 year old English Cream Golden Retriever. She’s in need of a calm and attentive household. She is well socialized and has been around children and other dogs. She would do best in a home with older children. Unknown how she is around cats. She is not at the shelter and will only be available to meet via appointment.

Dante and Nugget have unfortunately returned to our shelter. It has been determined that they would do best in an active household. Dante is a red gold male Golden Retriever, 8 years old, and Nugget is a light gold 6 year old female Golden Retriever. They have always lived together and are extremely bonded. They will be adopted together.
This pair is very sweet and love attention. They lived with other dogs in their previous home, so should be okay with other compatible dogs. We don’t know how they are with kids. They’ve been cat tested and are not the best choice for a home with cats. We’re hoping to make them happy again and get them into a forever home asap.

Tony has been back at the shelter for just over a year, and during that time he has been so often overlooked… which makes us a little sad, because he is truly something special.
Tony is a 5-year-old Anatolian Shepherd and a true volunteer favorite. His human besties at the shelter adore him and are still holding out hope that his perfect family is coming soon.
He’s the best mix of sweet and silly, loving and playful when it’s time to engage, but equally happy to be a total couch loaf right by your side. And those soulful eyes? They’ll absolutely stop you in your tracks.
Tony will need to be the only pet in the home, because what he really wants most is simple: to finally soak up all the love and attention he’s been waiting so patiently for.

Malibu is a girl who loves the simple joys in life: walks where she can explore the world, car rides with her favorite humans and pup cups… because she absolutely believes snacks on the road are essential.

Rosie is a sweet 7-year-old mix of 11 different breeds according to her DNA results. She has Boxer, Cocker Spaniel, Dalmation and American Eskimo just to name a few!
After her owner fell on hard times and lost their home, Rosie stayed in a temporary home. Unfortunately, they no longer were able to care for her. Through all the changes, Rosie has remained the same gentle, loving girl everyone adores.
She’s nearly perfect; but we’ve learned that she needs to be an only pet, as she doesn’t want to share her person with other pets. She absolutely loves her baby toys. Her favorite place…Curled up next to you for a good couch snuggle.
Rosie is in a foster home, THRIVING, and will only be at the shelter on Sundays.

Hudson is a 9 year old Great Pyrenees who has lost everything he once knew. When his owner passed away, Hudson had nowhere to go. He spent far too long in boarding, confused and anxious, trying to understand why his world suddenly changed.
At around 110 lbs, Hudson is a big boy with an even bigger heart. He’s a total lover who craves human attention and affection, and he has great house manners to match. Hudson would do best as the only dog, where he can fully bond with his person and finally feel safe again.
