Here’s my feel good moment for this week brought to you by yours truly!

From the highs of judging Westminster Best In Show to judging this young Exhibitor yesterday in the Beagle Breed Ring, how refreshing is it to watch a Judge enjoy either stage with equal enthusiasm.

I obviously can’t speak for Dr Sturz, or the child, but I can almost guarantee that both took advantage of a great opportunity. With a storied career in Juniors himself, Dr Sturz took ample time to explain how to properly show the beagle and the young Exhibitor was quite attentive during the whole process.

We know the Sport isn’t getting any younger. But moments like these help encourage the next generation to join in this amazing World of ours. Do your part to do the same!
