Top job in process by Anthony with Elizabeth Hains 5yo horse Doughnut. This powerful gelding popped wonderfully around the xc field at Somerford last weekend following a confidence building/ positive outing to Tushingham Equine Limited the week before.

ABSOLUTELY LOVELY DRESSAGE/ HACKING MARE 16.1 12yo Mare Gorgeous, big moving, generous mare. She has great scores to novice and is training elementary. Sweetheart has just come back into work after having a break after having a bit of a rough last year (through no fault of her own). She has an easy nature, lovely temperament and fabulous movement. She hacks alone, in company and is a straightforward type. She has some lovely schooling, her downfall would be that she can come a bit deep and forward, however she is very trainable. Hacking she could take a novice, for the flatwork she needs someone a little.more experienced as although she is safe and very willing she needs someone confident of riding between hand and leg. BELLE 16.2/3 approx, 6yo mare with excellent dressage breeding including Metal. Belle is a quality mare with a modern, athletic, uphill physique, an attractive head, and balanced, rythmic paces. Belle is a late starter having only just begun riding undersaddle after breeding a foal. This mare has bags of potential in the right home to go far competitively but does need a home with time and experience to further this with her. Equally we feel, with the right rider to bring her on, she would also enjoy a non- competitively home. She is backed and riding under saddle, she is hacking confidently and just this week had her first ride in the arena - as seen in the video. We would describe Belle as a sensitive but willing character once she trusts. Due to her level of education she is not for a novice. She isn't an sharp/ sensitive horse but is alert and reactive, so needs someone confident in bringing on youngsters. She has a little medical history which is reflected in her price. The little wins..... Belle has been a complicated horse to read, but step by step, she is finally beginning to trust and accept a rider. She's a pretty one!

MARVIN 16.2 approx, 7yo Irish gelding (no breeding). A really nice quality gelding. He has all the looks an schooling to do well working hunter/ eventing etc. He was lightly competed last year and would be ready to go again this year. He schools well in all 3 paces and pops whatever is in front of him. He hasn't been rushed, hacks well alone and is good in traffic etc. He is very easy to have around. Marvin has a sensitive side in that he needs a balanced rider - he is not malicious, he is just aware if you loose your balance/ situations upset him. Similarly he can get a little tense in collectig rings with too may horses, he is improving all the time and could do with more exposure here. Overall he is very very smart horse, who wants to please and just needs someone with a competence. We have no doubt he could succeed very well across all disciplns in the right hands. ESKIMO being a dream today - first ridden outing away from home, rounded up the sheep, popped over the sticks and stood quietly whilst we rode others. ESKIMO 15.2/3 approx, 4yo ISH gelding. Eskimo is a gorgeous young horse who hasn't been spoilt or rushed. He has the makings to become a fantastic event/ RC/ grassroots prospect and should excel across all disciplines. His breeding includes an advanced event mare - so maybe he will continue this form! His dam is 7/8th TB, his sire is a sporty Irish Draught. He is lightly backed, enjoys hacking (has been good in traffic), and has quietly been around the arena a handful of times. He shows good, balanced paces, a willingness to work and a lovely temperament to be around. He has only jumped under saddle twice but has been willing and showed a good technique. Personal circumstances force the sale of Eskimo and ideally he would be a little further on in his ridden work. Therefore he is a green, quality young horse who needs further education and someone competent to bring him on - based on his nature this could be a teenager. A beautiful model with a good attitude. MOTIVATED SELLER OLIVE 15.2/3, 6yo mare by Bizzares Exclusive. Green but wiling sports horse. Olive has done a number of unaffiliated events, XC schooling and is a nice grassroots horse to produce on. Unspoilt and unrushed. She has been picked up and put down and is about to be turned out to grass due to lack of time so opportunity for a quick sale. She is a switched on sporty mare, smart paces, a quality canter and boldness with fences. She can tell you if you put too much pressure on (chestnut mare bunny hops), but isn't nasty or malicious. This keen bean had a great time trying out the XC at Radfords today. 16.2 approx, 8yo, Baloubet Du Rouet gelding, full of fun and jump!

What a dream this lovely young stallion is from Bridfa Dylasau Stud is becoming. Edward has been in for backing and is nearly ready for home. Zohra has done the majority of the work with him and given him a positive start to ridden life - well done Zohra.

SKYE 13.2 15yo connemara part bred, mare A lovely pony who has been there, done it, got to T-shirt. She has done all sorts in pony club and has given a young boy 3 years of fun most recently. She's been a regular in tetrathlon teams ans hunter trials. In 2023 she qualified for the 70cm ODE pony club championships. She suits more of a second pony type home as although the pootles along quietly with young riders, she has some nice schooling and enjoys her jumping a bit too much for total beginners. She is good to hack alone and in company, more steady than fast here! She has a nice temperament and is easy to deal with in all ways.
