Today WhipCurl Canine Resolve was invited to attend The Jim Green Challenge an annual competition designed for students with mild or moderate learning difficulties attending land-based colleges and further education centres in the South East, the challenge invites students to take part in both practical competitions and evidence-based project work, all focused around the countryside, they also had the opportunity to experience working with gundogs and asking questions as well as meeting the dogs
Thanks to Beth Spencer & Tolly the curly coat laid back and chilled as always & Zoe Green for helping me with the activities for these wonderful young people
Eider, Lyric & Brooke did a fabulous job
It was also wonderful to meet and chat with HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh, she was very interested in the CCR & IWS and how we are highlighting the lesser known vulnerable Gundog breeds

Wow the iws rocked today at the URC Ingleby Derbyshire
Ebb 1st in special Puppy 88/100 & the only 1st awarded today !!
& John Bints Brogue only dog placed in novice awarded 2nd with a score of 87/100
Lyric in the special judges awards with 92/100 in Intermediate

Great BVA results for my Brooke hips 9 total & elbows 0
Eyes clear also
So looking forward to future pups in a couple of years and at less than 2yrs she has already been place 1st & 2nd in a working test & done well in the show ring .. so prospects look good for a future all round litter with this lovely girl
