Please say hello to Marco!

This handsome boy is about as friendly and charming as they come. Marco loves people; he is always happy for a pat and scratch and will keep you entertained with his cute mannerisms!

When not keeping his humans entertained, Marco enjoys sitting and watching the world go by. His friendly and easy-going demeanor would make him the purr-fect companion cat for most people.

Marco loves other cats but knows to respect their personal space. He is a little wary around dogs at the moment, but is gradually adjusting to his three canine pals at his current foster home. He is currently untested with children.

This striking boy is Max and he was the very first cat rescued and adopted out by ARK 8 years ago yesterday. Up until Max came into ARK’s care we were exclusively a dog rescue but when we realised how many abandoned cats there were in the area we had to step in and help. Since then we have had thousands of gorgeous cats through our doors which has been quite taxing at times as we have so few feline fostercarers and the costs are enormous however we will endeavour to do our best to continue helping them.
IF you love cats please consider helping by volunteering to foster for ARK and help save more lives.

Unfortunately due to an outbreak of ringworm I have to cancel the upcoming adoption day on the 6th may. There are plenty of cats and kittens without ringworm to adopt. Urgently seeking a fostercarer for this boy who needs to get out of the pound asap. He is around 3 years old and is a Maremma mix. He is apparently a nice natured dog though slightly timid.

This is the difference between 8 week old Basil and 10 month old Jacob. I've had them both since they were 4 weeks old. Why is Jacob still with me. He's freaking georgus.. everyone wants the cute little fluffy kittens. There's a lot to be said for a well trained teenage cat..
