February 2025 Update: We received pregnancy confirmation yesterday! The ultrasound showed 6-7 pups. It is possible there may be more, but the most important thing is that momma and pups are all healthy and so far, so good on that front!

We will do an x-ray immediately prior to birth to ensure we have an exact count, and for health reasons to ensure that every puppy is delivered during birth. We will need to wait until the pups are born to see how many boys and girls we have.

We currently have approx 20 families on our waiting list and we do work through the applications based on the order they were received. We will be following up in early March (near time of birth) with those on our waiting list to solidify the placement order based on litter size.

New Year's Eve Update!
Piper is heading up to North Texas this Thursday for a rendevous with a handsome male golden (details on our website). Should this pregnancy take, pups should be born around the first week of March and ready to go to their new homes the beginning of May - perfect timing for kicking off the summer with a new furry friend.🥰

Piper’s x-ray is scheduled for this upcoming Friday! We should have pregnancy confirmation and litter size in one week.

Well... just like last year, Piper's heat came just a little earlier than the year before. We are up with Ledger (sire) in north Texas and we've had two successful ties. We're attempting a third tomorrow morning before coming back down to Brenham.

Should we have a pregnancy, we can expect our next golden litter around September 12th, which means the pups can go to their new homes around November 7th when they turn 8 weeks of old!
