Chalkney Boarding Kennels and Cattery is a family run business located on the edge of Chalkney Woods on a small working farm, in White Colne. The dogs get walked up the Woods everyday and get to socialise and be free roaming whilst on their walks (only with owners permission). The dogs and cats we board always enjoy their stay with us and our staff love having them.

Polite Notice to all Customers🐾🐾

Due to the current inflation of prices in all sectors of living we are making the very reluctant decision to increase our kennel prices.

From the 1st January 2024, we will be increasing our prices.

Dogs (Per day, this includes heating charges)
1 dog - £25.00
2 dogs- £35.00 (Sharing)*
3 dogs- £42.00 (Sharing)*

Cats (Per day, this includes heating charges)
1 cat - £12.00
2 cats - £18.00 (Sharing)*

*subject to size and temperament (at managers discretion)

These prices include -
🐾Heating charges for the winter period (November-April) so your dog can stay nice and toasty on those cold winter days/nights.
🐾Two fantastic walks in the woods per day.🦮
🐾Optional- Enrichment time of your choice.🎾
🐾Optional- Food (Skinners Maintenance Kibble, Skinners Hypoallergenic Chicken and rice Kibble, Chappie wet food and Tripe wet food)🦴
🐾Optional- Beds&Bedding🛏️
🐾Fully Insured

Also, there will be a surcharge for drop off and collections on all Bank Holidays excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day where these dates still remain closed at Double Daily Charge.

This surcharge will be £10.00.

Early May Bank Holiday- 6th May 2024
Spring Bank Holiday- 27th May 2024
Summer Bank Holiday- August 26th 2024

Hello All!

Just an update I am back after a lovely ten days away and feel very refreshed!🏝️✈️

I’ve had a long night/day travelling therefore all messages and calls will be responded to tomorrow morning!

Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you all for your understanding in regards to messages.

Look forward to welcoming you all back on Monday 16th October. I’m very much excited to be back with the dogs again (I’ve missed it so much!)🐾🥰

Our Kennels- We are fully booked this weekend - total of 32 dogs currently in our care (apologies if the phone line is a bit slow, this is why!)🐾🐶 All walked early this morning, cleaned, fresh water and breakfast for all.
