Due to temperatures getting up to 24° by 10am, which is my cut off temperature for walks, all walks today are cancelled. If your dog is booked in they can have a house/comfort visit only.
No dog died through a lack of a walk. Lots die from heatstroke. Thank you

Just as we rejoice moving to sunshine rather than rain, so the increased temperatures become a risk for dog walks. My cut off is 25°C for all walks. Dogs with flat faces, older dogs etc. may still find this too high.
Walks will be in shady areas where possible, with lots of water available.
However your walk may become a home visit or cancelled altogether.
No dog died from missing a walk.

On days like this, your dog walker expects, and is prepared, to get absolutely soaked! We don’t relish it but we are really okay with it…
So, if the forecast says rain, and your dog doesn’t mind it, neither do we. Book us for that extra walk, just because you don’t want to. That’s what we’re here for 💜

Our NEW Guided Puppy Sessions at Lola's Dog Grooming ,Paddock hire & Daycare are 6 sessions for puppies which include verbal guidance during the sessions and help sheets to take away covering your puppy concerns.
Starting 20th April, the course is £70 and we have sessions for younger puppies, and a separate one for older, bolder ones.

We had to work to get away from the worst of the puddles in the woods today!
We do 1 woodland walk and 1 paddock walk each weekday. Get in touch if your dog-friendly dog would like to join the fun!

Can you join me is wishing the beautiful Miss Dolly a very Happy 1st Birthday today?

Dolly has joined our group walks for the past couple of months and it’s really helping her refine her dog manners; being around friendly dogs and learning boundaries with different temperaments, without risk of being told off too strongly and cause fear, as can sadly happen.

She’s an absolute Superstar!! 😍🐾😍
