Hi Friends & Followers,
This is probably the hardest post I've ever written. Most of you long time followers know who Pancake is. He was born and had health issues where he wasn't expected to make it past the first few weeks/months of his young life. He was truly a miracle and overcame those issues.

I'm sorry to inform you that Pancake crossed the rainbow bridge three weeks ago, Saturday, July 20, 2024. I did take him for necropsy and learned the right ventricle of his heart was thickened and I was told it would have been quick where he didn't suffer in pain during the incident when he passed. He would have turned 3 years old later this month. Note: His passing had nothing to do with the issues he was born with.*

I've been devastated by his passing. I am 56 years old and have lost a lot of pets in my lifetime but this is hitting me harder than any other loss that I've ever had. Pancake was my soulmate kitty. We just had a special bond and connection. The girl in the pictures with Pancake is my granddaughter, Sadie. He was "her cat" that lived here at Grandmas (me) house.

RIP "Ragdollwhiskers Sadies Pancake" aka Pancake 🥞 8/24/21 - 7/20/24

*He was born with severe Pectus Excavatum (funnel chest) and also Lordosis (where the spine curves in from the top). This left not a lot of room in his chest cavity for his heart and lungs. Through Gods miracle he DID overcome and "outgrow" both of these conditions without the need for a MAJOR surgery that may or may not have helped anyway.
