She was fawned over. 😂🥰 shout out to Home Depot for allowing dogs and the great employees who are always happy to see the dogs and give out some treats and pets. 😁 love bringing the rescues here for testing and socializing.

Maple had a big day today! Went in for a groom at Liberty K9 and was a very good girl. We love everyone at Liberty! If you need your pooch groomed or trained they are awesome! They’re the only place we will take our pups to. Then ran to Home Depot to see how she’d do out in public. She was a little unsure at first but once everyone started petting her she settled right in and wanted to meet everyone. Lol she was a big hit! Got a couple treats and lots of lovin and compliments on how well behaved she is. 🥰

Someone is going to end up with a really nice dog!! She is doing great with the other dogs, including the small ones. She went in her crate last night without issue and never made a peep. Will happily sit at your feet and lean in for some attention. Laid at my feet while we had a cup of coffee this morning. She is handling all the changes really well!

Late transport from Texas but she’s here! Miss Maple (possibly renaming to Mable as we had a Maple already). She is a sweet girl! Already introduced to most of the pack and wanting to play. So far she’s handling all of the changes really well. Will give her a little time to settle in and do an eval and see what she knows and where she might need a little work but she should be ready to adopt fairly quickly!

Hey everyone!
It's been some time since i've posted on here and I apologize for my absence. I've been dealing with some pretty big health issues and it's taken me away from rescue for a while. Ended up with Lymes (along with several co infections), Mold Toxicity, chronic fatigue/inflammation along with other issues that a weakened immune allowed in. Has not been a fun time! Still dealing with it and getting treatment but am feeling better! I did keep the rescue going as we have lifelong residents, dogs and horses and was hoping one day to start pulling again.

So i'd like to introduce Maple! She is our first rescue pull in 2 years! Going to take things slow and not overdo it and hopefully can continue. My body is still healing so can only take on so much right now. Maple is 1.5-2 yrs old. Aussie mix. Very sweet, smart and affectionate. Good with other dogs. She is coming from Texas on the 21st! She was in a high kill shelter. We will do an evaluation and get to know her a bit, but we anticipate that she will do great and will be ready to adopt pretty quickly! She will be arriving late Sunday evening so we will post updates after she is here. :-)
