Hi,

We are Nicholas, and Rachelle the faces behind Nick + Rach Boarding & Pet Care Services . We are a care team along with our son/little helper, Ridger.

When we watch your pet:

A typical day would consist of walks, or runs if that’s what your pet prefers, play time ranging from various activities. If boarding, there’s a dog park nearby which we have frequented before. But, all pets also deserve some time to wind themselves down but will always be welcome to hangout with us for snuggles on the couch if they choose. While a typical day’s activities may vary from pet to pet/owner to owner preferences, we are always open for any suggestions & routines.

What we would like to know about your pet:

We mainly would like to know if your pet requires anything special or has any special needs. We have cared for dogs that have ADHD, senior dogs that require assistance, require medications, dogs that are deaf or blind. We have also owned a dog that has gone deaf and so we understand the necessary assistance and needs required for that as well. Additionally, we would also like to know if your dog has any strong preferences when it comes to being near them or touching them, if they have a specific play style (as some are more rough-house playful vs others being a gentle, subtle type of playful). As well as if your pet plays well with others in the case of if I were to take them to a park, or encounter others during a walk. We’ve handled/dealt with both aggressive and defensive dogs before (we understand there is a difference) We want to fully understand how to care for your pet, for our own comfort as well as theirs to provide the best care possible.

Rachelle is a professional photographer so you may even get some quality pictures of your pet during their stay in addition to the everyday updates you will receive. 📸 (free of charge 😉)
