Our Story

From none, to one, to many. Susanne didn't start out to run an animal rescue. On their visits to the building site of their beach home in Telchac Puerto, they saw the builders feeding a little dog. The workers said that this was not their dog, they just "fed her a little bit" and would leave her when they had finished the building. Susanne said "this is my dog!"

Now Animal Rescue Bonnie Beach is a temporary home to 31 cats, 23 adult dogs and 4 puppies. She would be happy to receive donations (money, bags of food, clothes etc. for her bazar sales) because all dogs and cats are properly vaccinated, dewormed and sterilized which consumes a lot of money apart from the food.
