💙 We Now Support Soi Dog Foundation 💙
Soi Dog Foundation was established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, to help injured, sick, abused and abandoned street dogs and cats and to humanely manage the stray dog and cat population through sterilisations and vaccinations. Soi Dog’s mission is to improve the welfare of dogs and cats in Asia, resulting in better lives for both the animal and human communities, to create a society without homeless animals, and to ultimately end animal cruelty. Soi Dog is also currently working in South East Asia to end the dog and cat meat trade in every last country on earth.
To this date, Soi Dog has sterilised and vaccinated 1,310,340 dogs and cats across Thailand, rescued 16,366 dogs from the dog meat trade, and provided veterinary treatment and shelter for hundreds of thousands of animals across the years. There are currently 1,800 animals in Soi Dog’s direct care at the Gill Dalley Sanctuary in Phuket and over 400 dedicated staff who work around the clock to help animals in need.
With no government funding, Soi Dog solely relies on generous donations to continue their mission.
