**Important information**

The Boerboel is a recognized South African Landrace and important part of the country's heritage. It is illegal to misrepresent a dog in South Africa as a Boerboel without registration documents. A Boerboel is ONLY registered once it has been appraised by a SABBS Appraiser and passed within the criteria.

Dogs with PET Registration, is also PETS and not suited for breeding with. Selling puppies as Boerboels without proper registration is also a punishable offense under the law.

A Boerboel puppy from SABBS receives a BIRTH Notification only. Only once old enough can a Boerboel be appraised.

10!!!🥳🥳 Today this amazing dog, MIDDELPOS OSCAR 1 celebrates his 10th birthday! 🎂🎉 What an incredible journey he has taken us on! Its rare for a dog his size and for a "show dog" to ever reach this age, many big name dogs die very very joung, barely living to 5 or 6.
I want to thank oom Koos for this incredible dog. He has made his mark and has been a dream.

About Us

Suid Kaap Boerboele (SKB) was founded in 2007. Our very first dogs was from the Avontuur/Piona lines Asthor Lyla and Jakkalsvlei Pluto, who also had some Selborne bloud.

In 2012 we had our very first litter from Lyla and Elevation Karools. Today we are blessed 10 years later to still have Asthor Lyla in our bloudline. Her line runs deep in our dogs and you can spot her offspring easily. They are correct with wonderful movement and temperaments.

We have so much to be thankful for. Our dogs are doing us extremely proud and we cannot be more blessed. Some of them include Johan Nel`s Suid Kaap Bismarck, who stems back to Asthor Lyla. He is a son of Middelpos Oscar 1 and Suid Kaap Leza.
