Raymond is truly a jack of all trades, and master of all! Raymond was raised in an Amish family in Hazelton, Iowa. Raymond has packed a lifetime of experience in his young life. Growing up with 11 brothers and sisters, and working in horse farming from day one, Raymond is a natural, and the horses know it. Raymond has been driving horses his whole life, as well as mastering all the aspects of hors

e ownership, including building harness and shoeing. Raymond showed for the prestigious Simpson Percherons for two years and is currently showing for many different hitches in the mid west, as well as training, shoeing, and instructing driving clinics. Raymond continues to show draft horses for clients at shows and parades all over the country.

Raymond Helmuth driving Kendro in Intermediate Single Horse. The team scored 44.78 points yesterday in dressage and we are all thrilled to see them in the marathon phase (Saturday) and cones (Sunday). Kendro is a 6 year old KWPN Stallion. This is his second year competing down in Florida and we have high hopes for this young stud! Kendro is owned by Belinda Purvis.

The team had a wonderful show weekend at the beautiful Grand Oaks. Raymond drove Major Blitz RSR and Finn, both owned by George & Kathy Dickerson. Major (shown in video) placed first in his division and Finn placed fourth in his division. We are all incredibly proud of both equine athletes and look forward to the rest of the season.
