It’s fur-eezing outside! ❄️

Chilly weather means your pup’s grooming is even more essential to ensure their coat is doing everything it can to maintain their body temperature. Here are a few grooming tips to keep your pet healthy and warm this winter:

🐾 Paw Care: Make sure your furry friend has proper footwear for freezing sidewalks and snow. For dogs braving the cold with bare paws, make sure to wash their paws with warm water after they are outside and don't skimp on paw balm if their pads are dry or chapped. Also, keep their nails trimmed to avoid painful breakage.

🐕 Brushing: Don't skimp on the brushing during the colder seasons. After your dog has been rolling around in the snow or ice, dedicate some time to brushing out their coat to prevent uncomfortable matting and tangling.

🐶 Nose TLC: During cold and dry months, your pup's nose can get dry and cracked. Not only is this uncomfortable, it can even mess with their sense of smell. Nose balms will keep their delicate skin soft and moist all winter long!

Bring a decorated box for your pup and 20-30 individually wrapped goodies for your pup to exchange with all of their friends. We will have a table in the lobby from 2/10-2/14 for you to leave your pup’s box and goodies and we can hand them out as more boxes arrive! Please pick up your box ON VALENTINE’S DAY so your pup can enjoy all of their new treats!
