❤️i’ve suffered post viral fatigue/long covid for 6 months now and only really just accepted that life will have to change for a while longer to enable me to recover as what I have been doing is not enough. Im very independant and have been plodding on but now its time to let my husband help me even more and spend more time resting. I’m also going to close the shop a little earlier for Christmas this year so I can have a proper break and get some much needed rest. I’ll let you all know when I decide the date so please do buy earlier for Christmas and get stocked up if you need any birthday cards etc. x

This was drawn, ooooh, about eight years ago? It’s probably my most famous sketch ever. It isn’t the best, but it does show how far I’ve come, doesn’t it? Maybe I should draw a modern version with all the practice that eight years of scribbling has given me…

Had lots of people asking how Binky is ... well as you can see he is doing great. His eyesight has not phased him in the slightest and I'm so proud of him. Means so much that you all care so much about my handsome boy x

Binky is finally feeling himself and had his first time out in the garden today. He was a little nervous which is to be expected but soon settled and we even got a little binky which made me 😁🥰

Binky had his stitches out today but put up a fight so he had to be sedated 😟 he's home but still sleepy. I feel so mean but thank goodness it is all over

Binky continues to do so well. His vet check went well but they have left his stitches in a bit longer. Binky wasn't impressed with going back to the vet and thumped the place down! He soon forgave me after some dandelions😍

binky is doing better every day! We had big poops today too😁 thanks for keeping him in your thoughts. He has his check up Monday at the vets and hopefully will have his stitches out x

Binky update: he is doing well. He is moving around the bunny house with no fear which is good. He is still on strong pain meds which are keeping him comfortable and he ate better yesterday so a little less syringe feeding which gives extra time for snuggles x

My brave little soldier. He is doing better today and moving around fine now. Eating quite well and taking his meds like a good boy. Thank you all for being there for us through this difficult time. I'm absolutely worn out but he is so worth it. Thank you to also to the two amazing vet nurses Kellie and Rin who took such good care of him and have been such a huge support to me too x

Binky is having his surgery today. Heart wrenching leaving him but 2 bunny mad nurses are taking very good care of him which is reassuring. It's going to be a long day waiting for news, thanks for all the supportive messages x

UPDATE: After more thought and advice I've decided that removal of the eye would be the best approach. He's only eaten a little on his own so it is causing him pain. He has been coming to me for strokes and my heart aches. He's on strong pain meds which seems to be helping but I think eating is painful for him. I'm seeing my vet tomorrow and hopefully he will have his op Friday. I know he will manage fine with one eye but just afraid how bad the abscess may be and if we will be able to pull through, thanks for every single message of support xx
