A kind reminder for the new year. Appointment times are not simply suggested drop off times. If you're going to be more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be rescheduled as it throws off the whole day and puts me way behind taking in pets 20, 30, 45 minutes late.

The policy of a 50% charge per pet for each missed/no show or canceled appointments without 24 hours prior notice is also still in effect (minus inclement water of course).

Thank you all for your continuing support and letting me make all your babies beautiful! 💜
