Unfortunately I'm going to have to start charging for no call/no shows, especially for those that do it consistently. It affects my entire day, my finances, and clients that would have really liked to have that slot. I'm sorry for any inconvenience it may cause but I do not get paid to sit in shop and wait to see who decides to show and who doesn't.
