Had a bit of luck on the weekend, very un expected. Very happy with how the dogs went, especially with Wyanbah Biggin taking out the Tasmanian 3 sheep championship and also winning the improver championship at Bothwell. Tumutvalley Sue coming 4th in the open, Illoura Ally 4th in the improver and Hiltons Percy 3rd in the novice. A big thank you to Vicki and her team @ the Derwent Valley club for a well run competition, thank you to Martin Waddingham for judging the improver/open, Jane Gallichan for judging the novice. Anthony, James and everyone else who helped let out all day & the time keepers. The Campbell family for use of the grounds and sheep. Thanks to CopRice, Island Kelpies and other sponsors.

I travelled to The Geurie Golden Collar on the weekend to sell a couple of dogs and to do a bit of trialling and had a bit of luck on the trial field.

Wyanbah Monster 1st Open cattle & 2nd in the Australian all round stock dog.
Hiltons Piper 3rd open 3 sheep.
Tumutvalley Sue Made open final, 6th.
Kamarooka Meg 2nd Vendor Shootout Trial.

I also sold the two dogs entered in the auction; Kamarooka Meg $8500
Harewood Axle $5000.

Congratulations to Will Cox on winning the Australian all round stock dog, great effort.

We had a great weekend away at the Ouse 3 sheep trial, a big thank you to Vicki Jones for hosting the trial, not only did she judge the 2 days she also catered for us all. Thank you to all the other helpers and other competitors.
Pretty happy with how the team went.

We have had a great few days trailing at the Australian Utility championship's. Biggin, Monster & Piper have made the top 15 and will be in the final tomorrow, Piper also is in the Novice final tomorrow.

Had a good day at West Wyalong for the South West yard dog championship's, Meg winning the Novice, Percy coming 5th. Biggin had a good run in the open, missing out on the final by 2 points. Congratulations to Dale Thompson on winning the championship's with Clay. On our way to Nyngan now for the Australian Utility Championship's.
