3. Please inform us once the payment has been made by email or Facebook message.
4. Your item will be processed, packed and delivered.
5. All items will be inspected before shipping to insure it is in good condition.
6. If your package has not arrived within 5 working days after it is sent, please contact us immediately. (Only applicable for ready stock)

GENERAL POLICY-
If you do not agree to any of the following terms & condition, please DO NOT order from us.
- Strictly NO COD or meet up to collect item.
- All items will be checked thoroughly to be in working order before send.
- No warranty
- Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after the item has left our warehouse.
- Normally we do not ship out item during weekend to avoid damage and lost.
- All emails will be replied within 24 hours.
- All items will be packed in order to prevent damage during transition.
- Goods are not refundable or exchangeable upon receiving.
