Izzy the Mix Izzy the 3.5 year old female Bull breed / Hound mix. ALL breeds are amazing.

Izzy is a rescue dog, my parents let me adopt her August 16th, 2012 when she was only about 6 months old. She did not open my eyes top adoption, she opened my eyes up to how amazing it feels to save a life! The day we got Izzy, was the day we were supposed to adopt another dog. We all saw a red retriever/hound mix the day before at our SPCA, he was gone when we came back and I was upset. We walked

into a local Petco and that's when I saw her and a German Shepherd puppy in the pen. Izzy's mom was supposedly a beagle/hound who was brought into a shelter as a pregnant stray. The rescue was at a local Petco for their normal adoption days, I was just lucky enough to see her and fall in love. Her brother was adopted right before we talked to the ladies about Izzy, he was black and white and named Jack Sparrow. The puppies had a litter theme: Pirates of the Caribbean. Izzy was Elizabeth Swan (which she still gets called).
