Introducing Prince Louis! I am a handsome, regal gentleman a bit over a year old. I've been up for adoption since February, when I was only 7 months old. While my foster home is great, I would really like a FOREVER home! I was born outside, found living in a very bad area with other kitties. The people there were mean and tried to hurt us, but I was rescued and brought to my foster mom.

Because of my experience with those humans, I was initially very scared and shy, but I have been with my foster mom for awhile now and have gotten a lot more brave! I am still a little shy with strangers, but very gentle, and I'm gaining confidence every day! I never hiss, swat or bite. Once you pick me up, I love to be held. Once I trust you, I love it when you talk to me. I enjoy playing with the other kitties and especially love batting around springs and stuffed mice. The cat tree is my favorite thing! I love to sit and watch birds out the window.

Since I am still a bit shy and am occasionally startled by loud noises, my perfect home would be one with adults, but without dogs or kids. I would like another cat to play with, but they would need to be gentle. It will take me a little time to trust my new family, but my foster mom says I'm worth it!

I am neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and up-to-date on all of my vaccinations. I hope someone is looking for a shy regal boy like me!

Isn't Holmes handsome? This sweetie has been waiting on his forever home for a year now! He was trapped in a Trap-Neuter-Return project in a local neighborhood, and we discovered that he was as friendly as can be! Holmes loves people! He likes to rub on your legs and is thrilled with lots of pets and ear scratches! He also is a huge fan of scratching pads, temptation treats and his wet food. Holmes is amazed by the things he can watch outside of the window, although loud noises still tend to startle him a bit. (He is also weirded out by ceiling fans!!)

Unfortunately, due to his time in the neighborhood, Holmes contracted feline leukemia. He has been 100% healthy during his stint in foster. Holmes can be a bit choosy about his feline companions but with slow introductions he likes other cats. He also doesn't mind his foster dog brother and should be fine with kids, since he loves all people!

(FeLV, otherwise known as feline leukemia, is a virus that impairs the cat's immune system and can shorten their lives. During the early stages of infection, cats often exhibit no symptoms and no signs of disease at all. Over time, however, the cat's health may deteriorate. We do not recommend that FeLV+ kitties live with FeLV- kitties. Cats infected with FeLV can live for years in relative good health, but their health should be vigorously monitored. Holmes will best thrive in a loving, low-key home where he's fed a high-quality diet and checked regularly by a veterinarian supportive of maintaining and treating an FeLV+ cat. Controlling secondary infections and treating other illnesses as they arise is key, so Holmes will require a committed and loving adopter. In return, he will give much love and joy!)

Bambi, AKA the Wallflower, enjoys attention from her foster mom but doesn’t seek it out. She can usually be found in one of her sleeping spots or just hanging out watch everything that’s going on. She loves looking out the window watching the birds. Don’t let her calm demeanor fool you! She is playful too. She loves wresting with her siblings or chasing the ball around the house. And her favorite is the feather wand.

She is 4 months old. She would do best in a home with another cat or kitten but would likely be ok if you are home a lot. She doesn’t mind dogs and would likely do fine with respectful kids. She would love to be adopted with one of her siblings: Blake, Blaze or Bendar

She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and up-to-date on all of her vaccinations. Now all she needs is a forever home!

Yesterday at the Homeless Cat Management Team Spay/Neuter clinic, this poor guy came in (graphic photos in comments, photos in post have strategically placed “stickers”). He is covered in wounds that are likely from a bacterial skin infection, and his back leg was possibly broken at some point, but it’s now fused in a bent position. He has a very long road ahead of him - will likely need that back leg amputated, will be on multiple meds for his infection, and will need sedated and bathed multiple times over the next 4-8 weeks. Meet Blake, aka Tomboy! This 4-month-old sweetheart may be quiet at times, but she's full of energy and loves to play. Whether she's wrestling with her brothers, playing tag, or chasing balls around the house, Blake is always up for some fun! One of her favorite hobbies is splashing around in the water bowl, showing off her playful personality. Blake needs to be adopted into a home with another cat or kitten, and she would especially love being adopted with one of her siblings: Bambi, Bendar, or Blaze. She's also good with dogs and would likely do well with respectful children.

You read that right, MANNY IS THE TOTAL PACKAGE!!! (...if you have a soft spot for quirky, imperfect kitties)

After a tough life outdoors, this pumpkin-colored cutie is ready to live out his retirement as a pampered housecat. He can usually be found by his foster mom's side (headbutting her legs) or curled up on her lap. He’s super sweet and outgoing and gives you nearly non-stop purrs and headbutts! He also loves showing off his adorably plump tummy and will roll on his back to ask for tummy pets.

Manny loves to play and is a pretty active cat; you'd never guess he was a senior by the way he acts! He aims to impress and will pile an assortment of cat toys near his food bowl to show you what a good hunter he is. He's also very curious about household life, especially all the new fangled technology! It took him a bit to get accustomed to the sounds of a TV but now he knows they're no big deal. He's a goofy guy whose antics will keep you entertained and laughing, and his endearing “wink” will make every glance feel like you're sharing a subtle joke, just between the two of you.

Due to his time on the street, he ended up with FIV (that’s feline immunodeficiency virus). As a result, his immune system is slightly weaker. All that means for you is that he needs some extra love and care, such as keeping up with yearly vet exams and watching to make sure he doesn't pick up any infections. He's currently healthy and happy, and will continue to be in a loving, stress-free home.

Manny is estimated to be around 10 years old. He loves other cats but would also be fine as an only cat. Manny is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, tested for feline leukemia, and up-to-date on all vaccinations.

Meet brothers, Santino “Sonny” and Frederico “Fredo” Purleone! These two come from the infamous Purleone cat family, known for their organized crime of mousing and catnip trading, and are about to make you an offer you can’t refuse! These brothers are full of charm, loyalty, and playful kitten mischief. They are both always ready to protect their family name, but they fight with a gentle paw and a loving purr.

Sonny (orange & white) is the brains of the operation. With his big polydactyl feet, he always has his paws in something, planning for his next strategic pounce! Sonny is a natural leader, often orchestrating his playful antics with the precision of a seasoned don. But he still loves a good cuddle after a long day of plotting and playing!

Fredo (buff tabby) is a more reserved, gentle guy with a heart as big as his appetite. His soft coat and calm demeanor makes him the perfect neutralizer to his brother’s schemes. Fredo is a bit more laid-back than his brother, preferring to lounge in the sun and offer wise, meowed advice. While Fredo is more reserved, we are confident he will adjust to a new home easily.

Together, Sonny and Fredo are inseparable, embodying the strong bond of brotherhood seen in the Purleone family! Adopt Sonny and Fredo, and let them become the loyal companions you never knew you needed. After all, family is everything, and these two will make sure you’re always part of theirs!

Blaze is playful and curious and always looking for an adventure! He loves to be rough and tumble with his siblings. Any toy that he can chase around the house is his favorite! Don’t let his energy fool you, though -- Blaze also has a couch potato side! After he burns off some energy, he will happily be your movie buddy on the couch! He loves other cats and needs to be adopted into a home with another playful cat or kitten. He is fine with dogs and would likely be fine with respectful kids as well. He is 5 months old. He would love to be adopted with one of his siblings: Blake or Bambi!

Barn Homes Needed! We are helping with a small colony of feral cats that are being displaced. We are looking for placement for 4 cats - they can go in pairs, or all 4 together. The cats will be fixed, vaccinated, tested, flea treated and dewormed. We will provide all supplies to get them set up. You will need to keep them crated for 4 weeks during the “relocation process”. Meet Cooper, a sweet boy who's been waiting on his forever home for a YEAR AND A HALF! Handsome like Bradley, intelligent like Anderson, and as fun as Mr. Cooper, you’ll want THIS Cooper in your life! Cooper is a 6-year-old friendly guy who was found wandering Pittsburgh’s North Side. Since moving indoors, he has discovered that he loves to be around people. Cooper will occasionally bat around a catnip mouse, but mostly he enjoys spending time relaxing with humans. Cooper loves to be petted and will thank you with lots of soft purrs. He loves people!

Cooper hasn’t met any kids yet but we think he'd be fine with older kids. While Cooper does not particularly like toys, he LOVES his dinner! He can get a little overly excited when it comes to wet food, so be sure to give him his space to dine. Cooper is a very confident cat, which can make him a little bit of a bully toward others. Because of this, he would be best as an only cat, or with a submissive cat who will give him space. He hasn’t met any dogs yet but would most likely do well with dogs if properly introduced.

Back in 2022, Cooper developed Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), which is a very rare mutation of a common cat virus. In the past, FIP was a death sentence, but a new treatment is now curing cats and saving lives! Cooper has successfully undergone a full round of treatments plus a lengthy period of observation, and he is ready to live a healthy life and start his next chapter in a forever home! (He's also been up for adoption for a year and a half so he's had plenty of time to heal!)

Meet Pacino! This friend came to us after his caretakers discovered he had the potential to be an indoor cat! He is about 3-4 years old and full of sweetness and love. Pacino has been learning all about the benefits of an indoor home and is doing great! He loves cat trees, window watching and regular meals! Pacino also adores his kitty friends- particularly his best bud in foster Oliver!! Pacino does great with his canine foster brother also. Pacino is still learning and gains self confidence every day. He is a skittish boy and will likely be nervous in a new setting. Potential adopters should expect to be patient to allow him to have time to be his best self! Because he can be a bit skittish at times we do not recommend a home with younger kiddos!

During his time outside Pacino contracted FIV- feline immunodeficiency virus. This means that he has a slightly weaker immune system. FIV+ cats can and do live long, healthy lives in low-stress homes. FIV kitties can live happily in a stable household with other kitties; FIV is not spread through normal, casual contact. FIV only affects cats, not dogs or humans.

Meet Cinnamon. She is 3 months old and a ball of energy! She loves to play with spring toys and wand toys. She wrestles with her foster siblings and they chase each other around when they get the zoomies. Her purr machine kicks on the minute that you walk in the door. She loves pets and will cuddle up with you once she runs off some of her kitten energy.

Meet Tuna and Pudge. They are about 7 months old. They have plenty of playful energy but also love to cuddle up and sleep on anyone who'll let them. They are incredibly friendly and would make a fun and loving addition to just about any home.

Tuna might be the snuggliest little guy you ever meet! He is looking for a new lap to call his own! He loves to play with any little things he can get his paws on, look out the window and talk to the birds, and chase his foster brothers and sisters through the tunnel.

Pudge is looking for a home with lots of love and fun. He enjoy basking in sunlight through the windows, chasing his foster brothers and sisters, and snuggling into soft blankets any chance he gets. He’s been known to squeeze himself into all the kids' toys in his current home and then hop out to surprise anyone passing by! He will purr up a storm when he’s being petted.

November is Adopt a Senior Pet Month, so say hello to Molly! This friendly, social, loving girl is about 8-9 years old and ready to hang out with you all day long! We can't imagine why she's been waiting so long for her forever home! This outgoing cat loves being petted, adores chin rubs, and enjoys catnip toys and feather wands -- but not as much as she loves hanging out with her humans! She would be a great couch companion for your binge watching! Got friends over? Molly will be happy to hang out with them, too!

Molly is fine with older kids and is currently happily sharing a home with noisy teenagers. While she can tolerate some cats, she would be happiest as an only cat where she doesn't have to compete for attention.

Molly came from a hoarding situation. Due to inflammation in her mouth, she has had all of her teeth extracted. However, she is on a pill to curb any further inflammation in her mouth. Luckily, Molly is easy to medicate and eats food without issue! Molly has beautiful long fur that will require daily brushing. Due to mats in her fur, Molly got an adorable little lion cut that's keeping her cool in the summer heat!

Meet 7-month old B-52 (Bea), the quirky and snuggly tabby who's landing in your heart! Just like the iconic band, Bea's a little offbeat, but oh-so-lovable. She takes a moment to warm up, but once she does, she'll be your shadow, snuggling on your bed, and begging for chin scratches.

This little "Love Shack" kitten loves other cats and isn't afraid of dogs -- she'll even head-butt them (in a playful way, of course)!
