It's not too heavy for our little guy and the bright orange is great to spot him roaming around the yard. I feel much better letting him out and I'm super happy with the quality! "The velcro is my favorite! It’s stable and secure. I leave the top strap in position after initially adjusting for his size and just slip it over his head so I only have to use the waistband velcro. Most importantly, I trust that he will be protected. We live in San Francisco where coyotes are currently hunting our pets. This vest will hopefully confuse and delay an attack, or at least prevent any serious injury to my dog which gives me some peace of mind. That alone is worth the cost!" - Monica

Our Story

On September 2, 2014, our sweet little dog Buffy was taken by a coyote right in front of us, and there was nothing we could do to stop it. Before we realized what was happening a coyote had grabbed her by the neck, shook the life out of her, and was carrying her away full speed into heavy brush. We never saw Buffy again. Since that day we have been focused on developing products that can help protect other dogs from a similar attack. If we can help save one life we know we have made a difference to that family.
