"Our 16lb dog was viciously attacked by another 60lb dog 3 weeks before this photo. I wasn't sure she would even want to go for walks again or if I would, but this vest makes me feel so much better in the neighborhood. I know she might not look happy in the pic, but she doesn't mind wearing it at all & the quality is amazing. I looked at many coats & felt this was the going to be the best one and make us all feel secure & I'm absolutely 100% satisfied. "We moved to Fallbrook, CA last Dec. We began to hear warnings about the local coyotes immediately. I ordered Cooper’s CoyoteVest in January. Soon after I purchased the vest, we began to see coyotes coming through our yard and in our neighborhood. I decided to order the CoyoteWhiskers and also the coyote dazzler lights. They are all on the vest! Cooper, at 23 lbs. never ventures outside alone. We always take him out on his leash. At night, I turn on his dazzler lights! A solution for fur siblings: While the CoyoteWhiskers won’t actually hurt anyone or impair mobility, they’re stiff enough to irritate the eyes and mouth of an attacker. Even if it’s to discourage fur siblings ☺️

Our Story

On September 2, 2014, our sweet little dog Buffy was taken by a coyote right in front of us, and there was nothing we could do to stop it. Before we realized what was happening a coyote had grabbed her by the neck, shook the life out of her, and was carrying her away full speed into heavy brush. We never saw Buffy again. Since that day we have been focused on developing products that can help protect other dogs from a similar attack. If we can help save one life we know we have made a difference to that family.
