The fields are currently closed because we've reseeded them with grass.
That means the birthday party took place in the garden.
All the animals had a great time.
The horses:🐴 Romanesque, 🐴Toronto, 🐴Prince Elmelund.
The dogs: 🐕 Wolfee, 🐶 Coddi, and 🐺 Ruby.
So it was a lovely afternoon with everyone together.
Maestro came into my life when he was 7.
He is now 30 years old!

30 Lessons from Maestro
How beautiful it is to travel, year after year on your own path, with the same horse!
Last Sunday, it was Maestro's birthday! 🎉
🦄 He entered my life at 7...
🎂 Now, he's 30 years old — can you believe it!
I learned so much from Maestro over the last 23 years.
And to honor his life, I'd love to share those lessons with you.

Let’s talk about Mary, who has been overwhelmed for the last four months.
She’s an instructor and runs her own teaching practice 🎠.
But, she’s always so busy.
There’s never enough hours in a day.
She's always rushing around.
So her job as an instructor started to feel like a burden.
And she couldn’t distance herself.
It got to a point where even talking about work started to stress her out.
One day, Mary reads about a free challenge 🎟️:
"We help you look at obstacles differently."
"We help you create distance between you and your problems.”
"We help you see things from a new angle.”
It really caught Mary's attention.
So, she decided to give it a try and signed up.
The next thing she knows, she's on a special flying adventure 🚀.
Mary finds out they're flying to a plateau about 39 kilometers high.
During the journey, they ask about her situation.
They ask what’s really important to her.
For Mary, her job has always been at the top of her list.
Her job comes first for her.
Then the machine lands on a large platform.
From there, Mary can see the Earth below 🌍.
They use a special beam to point out her job.
Then, they ask Mary to show how big her job seems from this view.
"So small," she says, bringing her thumb and forefinger close together.
"Stay like that," a friendly lady asks.
And they take a photo of Mary.
The photo shows Mary how small her job looks when she steps back from it.
Mary takes a deep sigh, amazed by how simple it can be:
When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change 👀.
On their way back, Mary thinks about her priorities.
She decides to put herself first, before her job.
Once back on the ground, Mary keeps the photo at her workplace.
Whenever she starts feeling stressed, she looks at it.
Just seeing the photo helps her feel less tense.
Mary has learned an important lesson on how to create and hold space for herself.
