Our Guarantee:
We Guarantee that all of our animals will be in perfect health when you receive them. Animals sold will be proper weight and and show no signs of illness. After you receive your new animal, if you have any issues, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of arrival. If you have any persistent issues with your animal, feel free to contact us and will work to

try and find a solution. We keep individual birth records of each animal that include photos, genetics, weight, s*x, and feeding history. Shipping:
All of our animals are shipped Fed Ex Overnight and live delivery is guaranteed. We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure animal arrivals in a timely manner. We do not ship internationally. Packages will have heat packs or cooling packs depending on the time of year. On the rare occasion there is a loss, we need contact within 24 hours. Please send us an email with a photo of the animal. Placing Animals on Hold:A minimum of 25% is required to put any animal on hold. Without a deposit we cannot hold any animal(s). Deposits & Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans for our more valuable animals exceeding 1000 or more. To hold a specific animal(s), a minimum of 25% is required. Monthly payments can be made after. The length of payment plan are determined by the value of your purchase price. Once the animal(s) have been paid in full, shipping arrangements will be made. Deposits & Payments are non-refundable:
Due to the nature of the business we are in, we do not offer refunds. However, we will issue credits towards a future purchase. The only exception is if the animal falls ill or dies in our care. We then will offer you a full refund, a similar replacement, or credit toward future purchases. Payment:
We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Money Orders, Checks, and Wire Transfers. Ball Pythons make for great pets, but like any animal, they do require attention and care. Please consider this when making your decision.
