I had a soft spot for the lovely Millie when we were lucky enough to be able to look after her for a week.

The most cuddliest cat I've met in a long time and Millie had an array of tricks she liked to do.

Beautiful Ember has joined us for a puppy playdate this week.

She loved meeting all of the Dog WalkHer gang, they all gave her a warm welcome 😁

This week new boy Freddie came to join for walks with the WalkHer gang.

He is a shy guy with some insecurities around people. He is a rescue from Aireworth. Our first meet and greet went well with his owner.

For his first walk, without owner present it was in his best interests for me to just sit and be with him at home and in the garden to just show him that nothing bad or scary was going to happen in my presence. I am a firm believer in not pushing too far and keeping dogs below their threshold for what they can cope with.

On his second walk day, with owners sons help, Freddie was harnessed up and allowed me to take him for a walk with the gang.

Once out the house, he was happy to be with me and I feel enjoyed his walk, this is massive step forward to hopefully building a great relationship going forward for lots of fun walks.

What a week this has been.

After having an amazing Sunday night at Wembley watching Taylor Swift I got news from Iain my van had broken down and was in the garage 😢

So in desperation and so not to let anyone down I was on a mission to borrow vans from fellow dogs walkers and utilise our car to continue the dog walks.

With it being so hot this week it has been a mission and a half.

The van was fixed yesterday. I have never been to happy to be back in it with the dogs today.

Here is a cute video of Cooper enjoying the aircon in the car, whilst listening to the Backstreet Boys 😂 😎

I had a fabulous day judging the charity dog show yesterday which Wilsden Animal Feeds organised to raise funds for Aireworth Dogs in Need

I was so lucky to meet so many lovely dogs throughout the day.

A lovely event and lots of fun had by all.

Congratulations to Zorro our best in show winner pictured here with judge Jo. Zorro’s owner won a free MOT (kindly donated by Simmonites), a doggy treat box and a beautiful rosette. Well done!

Nero was jumping for joy to find not one, but two new girls have joined the WalkHer gang today.

Mother and daughter duo, Orla and Pippa were very much welcomed by Nero and the rest of the gang on their walk today.

Both girls showed me just how much fun it is to have golden doodles on the walk by rolling around and lying down in muddy puddles 🤣
