Before I had a loving wife. Before I had a family. Before I had an amazingly comfortable home. Before I had a lot of what I have today…. It was Piper and I. This girl is forever my best friend. From leaving my hometown with me to move into a 1 bedroom apartment where we knew no one with only a few bucks in the bank, it was just Piper, myself and her sister, Roxxi. We’ve come a long way. We’ve got a long way to go. This little girl deserves all the love she gets and the life she lives. It was Piper who rescued me. Cheers!

It is incredibly impressive to see the success of this man, my dentist. Dr. Ladani at Extraordinary Smiles Family Dental Care is whom I came to when I made the move to the Lehigh Valley. I’ve stuck with him ever since. The man is so stand-up. As his patient, I have his personal number like the old school way of doctors in America! I took a little night ride last night after work because well… it was almost 50° in November. I stopped at the Berlinsville Bar-Hotel, a big supporter of the Pipes 4 Paws Charity Motorcycle Ride to Help Abused Dogs & Animals. I got to speak with owners, Vicki Ash & her husband Maurice after I saw one of their servers wearing a P4P shirt at work. We came up with a great idea. Early next year, a wing flavor of the month will be AWESOMELY called “Pipes 4 Paws”. A portion of the proceeds from the ENTIRE month’s sales will go directly to Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue Inc. and another local animal rescue. I think it’s freakin awesome! Now, the question is, what type of flavor are we gonna make the wings? Comment your suggestions below. Cheers!

For all those who supported the 2023 Pipes 4 Paws Charity Motorcycle Ride to Help Abused Dogs & Animals, here is the result of the 2023 ride…. Over $10,400 was donated from OUR ride, most of which went to Chris & Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue Inc. Other money went to 1 Soldier 1 Dog 1 Team, K-9 Cash Lehigh Twp PD and other dogs who need help. We are now over $110,000 OFFICIALLY DONATED and we cannot do it without ALL of our sponsors, partners & the support received (keep an eye out for posts about them and support, if you can). Because Chris at Logan‘s also works a full-time job like myself, she stopped by today where I work to pick up the cash donation. Graciously, the owner of Star Buick-GMC-Cadillac, Holly also cut a check to support P4P. Until next year, THANK YOU ALL and…. Cheers!

Welp…. The totals are IN! Proceeds OFFICIALLY donated to causes that need our help from the 2023 Pipes 4 Paws Charity Motorcycle Ride to Help Abused Dogs & Animals now total OVER $10,400, in addition to all the food donated by some great organizations. The majority of money goes to Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue Inc. This money will help save dog’s lives there. It will help give a home and food to the puppy that some jerk left abandoned alongside a dark, scary road. We are all just spokes on a wheel and it brings comfort knowing the P4P wheel heads towards saving the greatest creatures that God ever created. It brings comfort knowing that it goes towards helping those, who for some of us, until we opened up our hearts to feel love from a human, were there for us, to love us and show us how to love. They are…. Our DOGS! To all who supported, participated, sponsored and helped in any way…. THANK YOU! Cheers!

I think it’s always important to inform people who support things.

That being said, yesterday was the rescheduled rain date for the Pipes 4 Paws Charity Motorcycle Ride to Help Abused Dogs & Animals and there was another great event going on organized by a local MC. All that considered, we still had a great turnout, a great ride and event. Over $7000 will be donated to Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue Inc. with donations still coming in to them. Other money will go to K-9 Cash Lehigh Twp PD, 1 Soldier 1 Dog 1 Team and other important causes.

It was a good day. Everyone was safe and we know we helped save dog’s lives & sent a message to ALL dog abusers that we are out there and will do something about it. Thank you all who support and for those who are loyal year after year, you are appreciated! Until next year, ride safe and…. Cheers!

For those who have attended the P4P ride in past years…. First, the weather looks GREAT for tomorrow!!!! Second, please note there is construction in the parking lot outside of Mission BBQ. We will be lining up bikes in a different manner. Please pay close attention to those directing traffic & be respectful. Please be safe and be patient as we get everyone lined up safely. Additionally, our police es**rt, K-9 Cash Lehigh Twp PD & his partner, Officer Roth will have a traffic control device in their police cruiser that will make ALL lights that we go through red and we will have the assistance of the Whitehall & Lehigh Township Fire Departments. This will ensure ONLY THE BIKES IN THE P4P ride are permitted through the lights/intersections & prevent the need for “blockers” and helping make everyone safer. See y’all tomorrow! Cheers!

Timothy Duffy will be riding with us TOMORROW for the 2023 Pipes 4 Paws Charity Motorcycle Ride To Help Abused Dogs & Animals. Tim is a hero fire-fighter from 9/11. In his DAY OFF on 9/11, he couldn’t drive to the Trade Centers to be with his brothers to help save people. So, he jumped on his Harley to get there. This historic photo was captured while he was in the process of doing that. Tim now helps pair abused dogs with PTSD veterans with his 1 Soldier 1 Dog 1 Team and we are proud and honored to help support what he does. Come ride with us tomorrow. UPDATE FOR THE 2023 Pipes 4 Paws Charity Motorcycle Ride To Help Abused Dogs & Animals for this coming Sunday, October 15. I just spoke with Timothy Duffy, who is just one of the hero firefighters from 9/11 and who heads up 1 Soldier 1 Dog 1 Team and who will be helping lead the ride with Sidecardog Riley this Sunday, October, 15, 2023. As of now, we are 100% a GO!!!!

Tim is coming up with his team from New York and the forecast only shows a chance of light rain very early Sunday morning. There are 1,000 moving parts to this ride and we are a GO! The abused dogs at Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue Inc. and the shelter count on this ride and on US, as they see THOUSANDS of dollars donated and many others benefit as well from the P4P ride.

All that in mind, again we are 100% a GO to ride. See y’all this Sunday at Mission BBQ in Whitehall, PA. The address is: 1421 Grape Street Whitehall, PA 18052. Registration starts at 11 am. We leave promptly with kickstands up at 1:30 pm after a moving ceremony. We will ride to Becky's Drive-In to enjoy food from Walnutport & Orefield Burger King & music from DJ B.W. Hammer with a FULL POLICE ES**RT from K-9 Cash Lehigh Twp PD & his partner, Officer Roth.

The respect this man deserves to put it lightly, is immense!!!!

Rusty Coones, Sons of Anarchy cast member and more importantly, REAL LIFE BIKER (google him) has supported Pipes 4 Paws for several years, now. I’ve had the pleasure of chatting with Rusty on numerous occasions via texting and calls over that time and getting to know him.

Today, I got the opportunity to not just meet up with him here in California where he lives to have breakfast on the beach and discuss some really cool stuff with him but ALSO, after breakfast, he took my wife and I over to his club, Illusion Cycles for a private tour and more conversation. We got to spend a few hours together and I’m speechless on the experience. Totally AWESOME!!!!

Rusty is the definition of a BADA$$. A humble, well-spoken, polite, educated man. Just don’t hurt dogs, disrespect him or mess with his family or friends. (Again, google him!)

Thank you again, Rusty. Calling you a partner of P4P is an honor and after our conversation today, so is calling you a friend.

We had a conversation about it…. Maybe we get him to come out to PA for a future P4P ride.

This past Sunday, Damian Bower who locally drives a race car presented Holly Ann and I with a framed photo of his race car. It was a very kind and meaningful gesture that is greatly appreciated.

Damien got in touch with me last year about Pipes 4 Paws Charity Motorcycle Ride to Help Abused Dogs & Animals sponsoring him & his car. I had to do some thinking on it because essentially, the cause has to benefit. Well, it did! Damien is constant with social media posts, the front of the car is P4P AND he organized a night at a local track where Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue Inc. came out. They received several hundred dollars (MORE than it cost us to sponsor, dog & cat food was donated, networking was done to help get dogs homes and potential future foster homes were found for the dogs.

When I say P4P is a team effort, I truly mean it. There are a lot of things that happen behind the scenes with P4P that help dogs that people don’t see. When possible, we like to acknowledge the good people who help. Damien is one of them. Cheers to you, bro!

For the first time in P4P history, disappointingly, we have to cancel the ride tomorrow because of the weather and for safety reasons, because I KNOW if we did ride, some of you CRAZY PEOPLE would ride with me in the pouring down rain because 200 plus did it last year.

That being said, with EXCITEMENT….
WE HAVE RESCHEDULED THE RIDE!

First, TOMORROW, we WILL be at Mission BBQ (located at: 1421 Grape Street, Whitehall, PA 18052) from 12pm - 2pm.
We will have ride P4P T-shirts for sale and Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue Inc. will be there. Stop by and say hello. You will also get a great doggie gift bag from Pet Supplies Plus - Whitehall, PA if you stop by tomorrow (first come, first serve but they supplied us with a lot).

The RESCHEDULED 2023 Pipes 4 Paws Charity Motorcycle Ride To Help Abused Dogs & Animals DATE is Sunday, October 15. We will still have registration from 11 am - 1 pm with kickstands UP at 1:30 pm to head to Becky's Drive-In with music from DJ B.W. Hammer & other cool stuff going on.

All other ride details including prizes are the same, EXCEPT…. NOW, Hero NYFD fighter-fighter from 9/11, Timothy Duffy is COMING to the 2023 P4P ride. He will ride with us on the SAME bike (that was made famous in photos) that he rode to the Trade Centers on that fateful day to help save people. He will be set up with his 1 Soldier 1 Dog 1 Team and we will help his cause of pairing abused dogs with PTSD veterans!

Because of the commitment & dedication of everyone involved, we will move forward and still RIDE to not only help the shelter, but send a message to dog abusers!

****UPDATE FOR THE RIDE THIS SUNDAY**** We are waiting as long as we possibly can to make a decision about cancelling the ride because of the weather. This ride is planned all year long and we know a lot of people are excited about helping the dogs AND making a statement against animal abuse and those who do it. That being said, we have to think of rider safety, as well. There will be a post on this page tomorrow at 7 pm with a final determination.

The Pipes 4 Paws Charity Motorcycle Ride to Help Abused Dogs & Animals was invited to the Blue Mountain Quarter Midget Race Track tonight.

They presented us with a check for $1400 that will go directly to Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue Inc. This money was raised by track officials, racer’s parents & those who support them.

I’m posting this photo of Lincoln because THIS is what it’s all about. P4P is a team effort and when it’s possible, individual recognition is put out there. This was made possible by the Blue Mountain Quarter Midget Association. They deserve the thanks and the recognition and we thank them for asking us to be a beneficiary of their efforts.

Pipes 4 Paws is about dogs like Lincoln. He is our lab/hound mix who rescued us. He was left abandoned with a broken leg on the side of the road in Alabama. Logan’s Shelter got him up here to PA, they helped him, had volunteers foster him in their own home and now he’s our boy for the past 3 years. This is what it’s all about.
