Think Pawsitive I provide in home obedience training for all breeds and ages of dogs. My Background:

Hello! My name is Erin Loos.
(8)

My goal is to facilitate effective communication between you and your buddy so that you can live a rewarding and happy life together. (That's Rambo at the top of the page!) My dog training journey began in 2013, when I was taught by a mentor with 30+ years of dog training and showing experience. I worked at the Champaign, IL Petsmart store for a little over two years. I started as Pet Trainer and

was promoted to Area Pet Trainer for the Central Illinois stores. Since then I have been providing in home, one-on-one dog training in the Champaign-Urbana, Mahomet, Rantoul and Monticello areas. I have worked at Countryview Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinary Assistant as well. My heart for animals and especially strong connection with dogs has also led me to my my most recent journey: attending St. George's University as a student in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program. My Heart:

Through dog training I'd like to help as many people as possible because unwanted behavior is the biggest reason dogs are returned to or put into shelters. 90% of dog training is actually human training as we often don't realize how we are verbally and nonverbally speaking to our dog. Through positive reinforcement I can bridge this gap, so that you see the results you want and your buddy feels loved and confident! From general obedience to puppy and potty training to correcting problem behaviors, I would love to help you and your family. Please contact me via phone, email or direct message with any and all questions. My Sessions:

Each session will be uniquely designed for you and your dog, but below are some examples of topics that are covered and commands they will learn:

-Crate training

Think Pawsitive!

Hi! My name is Erin Loos. (That’s Rambo up top!) I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Integrative Biology and Psychology with a minor in Communication. My dog training journey began in 2013, when I was taught by a mentor with 30+ years of dog training and dog showing experience. I worked at the Champaign, IL Petsmart store for a little over two years. I started as a Pet Trainer and was promoted to Area Pet Trainer for the Central Illinois Petsmart stores. Since then I have been providing in home, one-on-one dog training in the Champaign-Urbana, Mahomet, Rantoul and Monticello areas. I have also worked at Countryview Veterinary Clinic as a Veterinary Assistant. My heart for animals and especially strong connection with dogs ultimately led me to apply to veterinary school and I’m happy to announce that my journey continues this fall, as I begin the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program at St. George’s University.

Through dog training I want to help as many people as I can because unwanted behavior is the biggest reason dogs are returned to or put into shelters. 90% of dog training is actually human training as we often don’t realize how we are verbally and non verbally speaking to our dog.
