RULES FOR THE SKUNK HAVEN BENEFIT AUCTION
When you bid/outbid please do not include the shipping cost to the bid that you are placing. Shipping is added to the highest bid at the closing.
Within 48 hrs. of auction end time, please pay for the item to
[email protected] with PayPal (Any extra amount that you would like to add to decrease PayPal fees is appreciated) OR Skunk Haven Now accepts CREDIT CARDS over the phone! Call 216-210-3280 to pay for your auction items or to donate! Check OR Cash should be sent within five days of Auction ending. Skunk Haven also accepts payments with Zelle. Send to: [email protected]

The purpose of this auction is to raise operating funds such as medical bills, necropsies, neuters, spays, food, supplements, gas money & phone bills for Rescues at and helpers of SKUNKHAVEN
How the auction works:
1. Post your bid in whole dollars in the comments section of the item that you want. ($00.00)
2. Keep an eye on the item so you don’t get outbid.
3. Click "Comments" under the picture of the item if you don't see the bids.
4. On the specified day & time that the auction closes, the top bidder wins.
5. Skunk Haven Inc will notify winning bidder by Messenger of their win within 24 hours of auction ending.
6. How to pay:
Winning bidder can remit payment for Skunk Haven Inc with PayPal send to:
[email protected] within 48 hrs. of auction close. (Any extra amount that you would like to add to decrease PayPal fees is appreciated)
OR Check OR Cash sent within five days of auction ending. Skunk Haven Now accepts CREDIT CARDS over the phone! Call 216-210-3280 to pay for your auction items
If you need to pay in some other form, please contact us to make arrangements.
7. Shipping is decided by the donor/sender and will be posted with the item if both parties are in the US. Winners outside the US must pay the additional shipping fees.
Items shipped from SkunkHaven will have a shipping fee as marked.
Donor mails item to the winner of the bid & notifies them that the package has been sent.
8. Donor will wait to ship until item is paid for.
9. Donor must ship by the following weekend of payment received.

PLEASE VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS & ALL INFORMATION ON YOUR INVOICE.
I should have the invoices sent within 24 hrs. The invoices will be messaged to you with total amount due & information to make payments. You can also find payment
information on the notice below your invoice information. Prompt payments can help everyone get their packages sooner as some items are coming from donors that have multiple shipments to send & this saves on trips to the post office.
