Skills and handling for the young/experienced dog. Dogs should be familiar with jumps and tunnels. The jump bars will be appropriately set for the dog's size/age, and all exercises will be done according to the level of each team. Dog should be a minimum of 7 months.

If you are looking to unlock your canine partner’s inner fire for agility, this workshop is for you! Melanie will share specific games and strategies that she created for her vizsla, Austin, who went from struggling to stay in the ring to becoming the top vizsla of all time in USDAA, top non-BC at AKC Nationals, and 3rd in finals at the Invitational. Learn the strategies to help any dog shine!

Have you ever left a trial feeling like you didn’t perform to the best of your abilities?Are you struggling to figure out why your trial performance doesn’t match your abilities in training? Melanie will share ideas from 20+ years of experience to optimize there trial experience for you and your dog, and to set your team up for success! You will have a chance to test out some of these strategies to find what works best for your team.

Participants will spend the day perfecting handling and conquering international-style challenges on masters level coursework. Feedback and instruction will be tailored to each team, but all dogs should be working at a masters level and handlers should be ready for high level challenges.
