Lucy update

Blood tests back and it’s better news, although she’s not 100% clear on her liver tests, but they are greatly improved. So she still has to now stay on her restricted diet and blood tests every 6 months to ensure liver is still functioning well.

I’m pleased to say that Lucy compared to November is a much happier girl and so am I.

Hello all,

An update about Lucy, and thank you so much for the well wishes, she was very honoured…. I put this photo up of her, because it’s one of my favorites .

It’s good news 😀

Lucy has had her scan and the good news it looks like liver is OK, it’s all a mystery, but the vet said they can only explore some elements and for a more in depth scan she would need to go to a specialist. So we have agreed not to put her through this since she has perked up and is eating.

So, going forward -she will be on a liver support diet, and will have bloods test done in 4 weeks time, then we will check her every 6 months or if she is showing any signs of illness.

To say I am relieved is an understatement- I really thought I was losing her.

Fank you everyone for da best wishes. Me iz ok and Mumzy is taking me to da vet on Friday for someting called a scan… dey are going to check me liver out.

I’ve only been sick once since Saturday and today I’ve had a nice omelette- me iz well spoilt.

Be back soon to let you know what’s going on with me.

We haven’t been on here for a while. Lucy is not that well. She may have a liver disease problem that’s been investigated. She’s been quite poorly recently and has had many tests. We are hoping she will be ok and keeping everything crossed. 🤞
