Policy Update: Help Us Keep Things Simple & Support Small Biz 💖
Hi Daisy Care Family!
We hope you and your pets are doing great! We’re reaching out with a quick update about our payment process — and how you can help us keep things running smoothly (and sustainably!) as your trusted pet care provider.
As a small, local business, every bit counts — and credit card processing fees, unfortunately, take a big bite out of our revenue. To help avoid these unnecessary charges, we're updating how we handle payments.
Here’s what’s staying the same:
A valid, up-to-date card on file is still required through our Square booking portal.
Payment for all services is still due in full at the time of booking.
Here’s what’s changing:
While we’ll still accept ACH (bank transfer) payments through Square — which have lower fees — we’d love to move toward even more fee-free options when possible. Our preferred payment methods going forward are:
Regular Ol' Cash
Apple Pay
Venmo (Friends & Family only)
PayPal (Friends & Family only)
These methods help us receive 100% of your payment (no fees taken out!), which makes a huge difference in supporting our team and services.
How you can help:
Just reply to this email and let us know which payment method you’d prefer to use, and we’ll send over our username or handle so you have it handy for next time.
