We care for, reproduce, raise, rescue, buy, sell, trade, and rent all types of animals. We also provide educational displays and perform hands-on demonstrations for people of all ages, events, and classrooms. We specialize in rare herptiles, small mammals, and outdoor birds; but can get almost anything that is alive or was alive at one time. We supply zoos, pet stores, and other breeders and hobby
ists. We try to only deal in captive bred animals when possible and also promote protecting and conserving wild populations of all animals. We have also performed research on native populations of threatened species to help protect them and promote wild reproduction. I have traveled around the world studying animals in many countries so we can offer them the best captive environments possible. We also attend conferences and symposiums every year to keep up to date on the latest captive wildlife information. We are licensed by the USDA and WDNR and have all permits necessary to keep and breed native and exotic animals. I am currently serving as the treasurer forthe Wisconsin Zoo Association, and volunteer at the Wild Rose Fish Hatchery. We are advocates of animal rights and responsible husbandry and keep many species of animals that are not thriving in the wild with the hopes to help supplement wild populations with healthy captive bred and raised individuals if the time comes that it is needed. We do NOT agree with the actions of PETA or Humane Societies of the United States or any other organization that would like to see all animals wild or domesticated left to fend for themselves and do away with all captive husbandry. Educated caring individuals, who responsibly keep animals of all kinds, do much more good by educating the public and caring for animals compared to any large organization that preys on the pocketbooks of sympathetic individuals/ followers to ban all animals in the care of humans. If you love animals and want to help them, learn as much as you can and start caring for them at your home. We do not have any cats or dogs here, unless they are a wild species, such as New Guinea Singing Dogs or bobcats.
