Meet Wheelie! He is a rescue dog from FOCHP. He is a special dog with special needs and a wonderful personality! FOCHP saved his life by taking him in.

Wheelie was rescued from the shelter where he was scheduled for euthanasia at 7 weeks old because his back legs were deformed and he could not walk. We then took him to a specialist to see if there could be anything done to help him walk. We knew there was a low possibility that the surgery would be successful but we had to try. This is Wheelies story.
