The rise and craze of CBD oil in the horse and pet industries has erupted! For all of you that have not yet familiarized yourself with CBD and what it is, then let me tell you in short. CBD stands for Cannabidiol, which is derived from the h**p plant, not to be confused with the ma*****na plant. The CBD compound is one of more than 100 other compounds called phyto cannabinoids found within the h**p plant. Another compound that is closely related is tetrahydrocannabinol or THC. This is the compound the creates the ‘high’ effect. While the other compounds have some great effects, these are the two that I want to talk a little about.
