Day 5:
Socialise your puppy!
Socialisation is so important between 8-16 weeks make sure you are actively showing your puppy new things so they can cope in our lives. Make sure they are having positive interactions! 🐕

Day 3:
Teach your puppy’s name!
Teaching your puppy’s name is one of the very first things you will train, to make this for your puppy we add in treats and make it into a game. Keep training sessions short as your puppy is very young they don’t have a long attention span. 🐶

Day 1:
Puppy Proof your home!
Puppy’s don’t know that they cannot chew your lovely rug if only we could tell them how much it costs 😅
To save your rug and household items put them away until your puppy LOVES chewing their toys!
Get lots of textures for your puppy! Look at the puppy section at your pet shop.

Reinforce your puppy when you see them chewing on their toys by telling them they are a “good boy” or “good girl”

Chewing is a need for puppies if they don’t have enough different textured toys you bet they will go for your household items! 😜
