After several years of volunteering my time in shelters & running my own rescue organization for cats, I decided my career as a secretary was not what fulfilled me. Helping animals, and loving my clients pets as much as their owners do is what I found drove me into what began East Rock Pet Care in early 2012. Certified in Pet CPR/First Aid, you

I offer dog walking, and in addition, I also pet sit & care for many types of animals (ferrets, birds, cats, reptiles, & dogs, turtles.... even hermit crabs!!!!). Many of my clients find comfort in knowing they can go to work everyday, or on vacation, knowing their babies are not alone, or in a kennel! Your furry best friends are getting one-on-one attention, and in addition, your home is being looked after as well while your away! I also offer transportation to vet & grooming appointments & drop off/pick up to doggie day cares. There are NO group walks!!! I can care for special needs animals with ease and have no problem administering medications.I also offer house sitting/care.
