Hello everyone..
so I’m asking for your opinions as I’m getting a lot more no shows than I ever have for example my worst day ever in over 15years yesterday 5 dogs didn’t turn up 😳 this was a huge income loss which I just can’t stand, and even though I have a 24hr cancellation/no show policy or a fee will apply this doesn’t seem to matter…
So I’m looking into getting a app that you can access as customers to book online but it will require a deposit how would you feel about this? I feel awful as many of you are very loyal and reliable but this problem is happening far to often now and I need to try to resolve it in the best way.. so any feedback or suggestions please hit me with them?

Hello Everyone,

We have been extremely busy recently and booking is around 3/4wks in advance so please try to make your next appointment on collection. (Other than an odd cancellation we may get sooner)

Just as it’s now school holidays at the end of this week I will be working less due to childcare so this also has an impact on making sure your getting booked in well in advance.

We are off in blocks from 21st August - 28th August and again from 10th September - 19th September

We have had some lovely new customers recently to 🥰 plus obviously our regular loyal ones 🥰 which has been brilliant

We truly are very grateful for everyone of you that walks through our door and look forward to seeing you all again very soon xx

Hello everyone,

So this is something I didn’t really want to have to do but unfortunately I will now have to..

I will now have a 24hr cancellation policy in place. If you don’t cancel within 24hrs I stand no chance of filling the appointment so full payment will be required and also the same if you fail to attend an appointment.

I also will be having to slightly increase my prices as of April due to the all round increase in my utility bills, I’m sure you all can understand this as we are all suffering these increases and it can’t be helped.

I’m sorry that this has had to happen and I hope you all understand

Well that’s officially a wrap for us for 2022.. it’s been a very busy few weeks but we have loved every minute of it although we are ready for a rest now 🤣
Thank you so much to everyone of you for your ongoing custom and all the very kind gifts etc it’s very much appreciated. Also all your understanding this year with me having Oliver with me and things being a little disrupted..

So it’s coming round very quick now till the big C 🎅 we are currently getting a lot of bookings and we now have No availability after 16th Dec and very limited appointments left in December at all so please don’t leave it till the last minute and be disappinted

Hello,
So just a little update regarding me returning to work…
I have done a couple of trial days to see how it works as Oliver is still very young..
I will be as planned back in odd days after the bank holiday but these are very limited and I already have no availability now till end June/beginning July… so please book in well in advance to get a slot as like I say it’s limited days.
Also when attending appointments I may need to have your dog longer than usual for a while as I’m working round feeding Oliver myself and hope you all understand this.
On a plus we are both doing well and are looking forward to seeing you all over the next few months

I just wanted to post to make everyone aware that don’t know already, that I will be finishing towards the end of March until around beginning of May on Maternity leave 👶🍼
I’m trying my best to get as many dogs done right before I finish to cover my short break, but it’s already getting extremely busy and I’m going to be very limited by this point.

So tomorrow is my last day before my holiday..

when I return I am now fully booked until the week commencing Monday 6th September… please please bear in mind when contacting me for an appointment that I’m consistently 2wks booked up (apart from an odd cancellation I may get) so please don’t leave it until your dog is desperate. Booking in advance highly advised to avoid disappointment.

Ok so I’m back to normal business as of Monday 29th 😍 no more welfare trims 🍾...
so I’m taking bookings but I am a bit limited as obviously we are going into Easter that week (so school holidays) and I also already have a lot of bookings from 12th (the date we thought it would be back to normal) but please get in touch and I will try my best to get you all in and sorted ASAP

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all safe and well?

So I’m only grooming on a welfare basis still at the minute.. but I just want to stress to you all please contact me if you have any concerns or questions.. the longer the lockdown goes on the harder it becomes to maintain coats, nails etc at home and with this lovely weather it doesn’t help either. Dogs will soon start to fall into the welfare criteria’s stated.
I’m here to help so don’t hesitate to phone me..
fingers crossed we will be back to some sort of normality ASAP
