Our Story
Wellness Ranch Equine Center is a holistic equine facility located in southeast Texas where horses rest, recover, heal, and thrive in a holistic environment.
Dr. Cassie Schuster, a nationally board certified Traditional Naturopath, provides her own herbal formulas as well as individualized whole food diet plans for each horse in her care. She takes a whole body approach to health care and integrates physical, emotional, and social needs in her programs.
Along with nutrition, Dr. Cassie uses the Obstacle Course to encourage curiosity, movement, and exercise for horse and rider alike.
To inspire emotional wellness, you will often find Dr. Cassie teaching a class in her Art Barn - a creative center using art, animals, and mother nature for healing. Classes on jewelry making, beading, cooking, holistic horse care, and drumming are just a few of the classes offered throughout the year.
