ancial constraints alone. Help came too late for Ichigo but in his memory we are trying to get the word out there of other pets in his situation. There are a lot of amazing big-hearted people out there in the world. Every tiny donation or even just sharing can help save pets and change lives! I have helped pet owners raise money and save their pet only to discover them later in life dedicating their efforts doing so for others. Let's make this world a better place one wagging tail and purring face-bump at a time. "Ichigo is a wonderful little soul that has shown us what true love and trust and friendship really means. He is the glue that holds our little family together. He has come a long way from being a wild feral outside cat to being the most affectionate and loving little guy you could ever hope to meet. He came to live with us inside after he almost died from not being able to breathe out in the heat of summer a year ago. We took him to a vet and after a few different guesses at diagnosis and treatments we thought he was all better again. Recently we have become very worried and scared for our boy as he is once again not breathing normally and having coughing fits. He has been eating less, and today he hasn't eaten anything and his throat seems to hurt him badly. We've taken him to a specialist that has done a few tests to make sure he didn't have heartworms or other parasites, and he has come back negative for those. After everything we have tried we are still paying bills for all the previous attempts to figure out what is wrong with him, and the next step the specialist wants to try is to do an endoscopy & biopsy of his lungs and see what is going on. That alone is going to cost about $1500 plus having to put him under anesthesia and anything else they have to charge us for to hopefully find out exactly what is causing him to struggle to breathe and hurt him so. We have no means to pay for this at all without help. Our pockets are empty and our hands are tied and it's breaking our hearts to watch him suffer. Please help us to help him get better again so we don't lose our precious source of joy and love!"
