Ms. Evee is finally in heat :) We will be breeding her next week with Ego. Its Egos first time so we will also breed her with Brick, so we don't miss this heat. Evee didn't take her last heat, and she is irregular at best! We will test each pup to see who the dad would be. We are excited to see what Ego will bring.
And!! These babies will be ready to go home right around Christmas. I think it might be right before, but we will see!

As with all of our litters, one pup will be chosen, after Temperament testing at seven weeks old, to be donated to an agency for training to be placed as a service or therapy animal.

Many of our pups test well for training and go on in private settings to become working dogs. we focus a great deal of time with all of our pups, getting them ready for home life. We hope to help diminish the hiccups when our pups transition from nursery life into home life. We work on crate training, which helps in teaching potty training, Holding it. and then litter training them teaches them to use one spot to use the bathroom. I love using ENS (Early Neurological stimulation) The navy figured out we can do these little exercises with the babies that help unlock their lil minds and make them more susceptible to training. We offer ESI, when we can. We do exercises to help with motion sickness, and we introduce them to car rides several times. I can go on and on about all the ways we try to stimulate them, encourage bravery, and support uncertainty to make a very rounded pup.

Our parent dogs are fully tested according to the Golden Retriever Board of Ethics. All four OFAs (Hips, Elbows, Eyes, Heart by Echo), with passing scores, which gives them their Chic certification. We also genetic test all of our dogs to be sure we are breeding lines properly.

We do help transport our pups to their new homes. We will drive a few hours in any direction to help negate some traveling time for our new parents. If necessary, we will also fly your pup in cabin to you.

Ms. Evee Is Late, as usual! We did expect her in heat a month or so ago. I do suspect it's the heat in our area that is delaying her coming in. It's been near 100 degrees here for over a month. I will Post and let y'all know as soon as she does come in. I'm so sorry to keep y'all waiting!

This boy is joining in on the action of being the bestest good boys helping others cope and deal with the hardships of life. I am excited and so proud to watch this fella thrive! Hes from the Amelie/Tetris spring 2024 litter. He makes Three generations here at PGF, of therapy dogs.

and then there was One. This is our last lil one until fall. Hes a sweet boy, would rather cuddle up with you then spend time with his siblings. Hes sassy and smart. Hes microchipped, vaccinated and wormed. Hes been crate trained and litter trained. He is ready to go home May 18th.

My sister is absolutely in love with Mr red. He is a cuddler. Yellow is stunningly smart. They are both adorable and have the sweetest eyes!! They can go home next weekend May 18th. We do help with transport.

Babies yesterday, getting a good play session in before the rain came. Everyone is color coded with water soluble chalk, made for use on pets, so don't come for me!

Y'all hear the cicadas in the back? The waves of sound is the normal sound they make. The whirring or the sound like wind rushing by is their breeding call. It's incredibly loud all day long. The babies don't care one bit!!

We would like to Announce our New boy Ego. He is an amazing boy, who passed all his testing receiving his Chic Cert last week. He stands an inch taller than Stoik, so 24 inches at the wither. Hes got an incredible blocky head and great yawls! Hes obedient, attentive, alert, loving and quite gentle with children. I'm a bit smitten with him!! He is available for Stud, we are hoping to announce a litter with him very soon!

I am in love with these lil toes and ears!! And the baby sounds. These guys are incredibly white. We Started their ENS yesterday and will continue until they are 16 days old.
