Artic is our beloved hero he saved us from a house fire by waking my son up, he passed away after fighting cancer and in his Memory we are raising funds for those in need of help with high vet bills along with pet aids and helping in any other way we can. All post have to be approved by an admin or moderator before going on the wall..

ur group this is not what we are here for..
4. If you have a problem inbox an admin before upsetting anyone on the group because we don't give second chances...

Who are we and what do we do...

We set up this group to raise much needed funds to save our hero Artic, due to him having a cancerous tumor in the side of his ribs. Unfortunately due to the time frame of us trying to raise this money the cancer had spread into the rest of our boys body and it was beyond treatment.. In the end cancer beat him and we lost our fur-baby. We raised a lot of money from kind donations from the public and we wanted to thank everyone that helped us do this. In return we wanted to pass the love forward by helping animal owners in need that could not afford the "HEAVY" vets bills that come nowadays with poorly animals...

We understand that pet insurance doesn't cover everything and sometimes people just don't have the funds to hand in such huge amounts.. So --WELCOME-- to Artic Legacy, On this group we hold auctions to raise much needed funds for animals in need.. We also have free giveaways and these are covered by us the owners and is in no way affiliated with Facebook or and third party. "WE ONLY PAY MONEY TO VETS DIRECT" NEVER!! the owners of the pets, this ensures that all money is accounted for and that the bill is paid off in part or full dependent on the amount and circumstances. We take card payments and PayPal and all money goes into a special bank account that is set up for this solely so that all financials can be called upon when ever needed...

WE ARE NOT A CHARITY, WE ARE NOT AN ORGANISATION, as such we don't need to register anything by law.. We do not need a charity number, and we also don't need a website...

We do ""CROWDFUNDING"" Fundraisers for individual animals of all types and breed and genders.. We do this by setting up gofund me accounts for the individual in need of help and all this is covered by the rules of there website.. After we have finished raising funds, if for any reason we overshoot our goal we offer refunds to all in involved or ask if they would like it to go into an emergency fund pot ready for the case that comes in...

Here at Artic's Legacy we don't just raise funds for vets bills, we also raise money for pet aids such as wheelchairs, Pain aids, all sorts...

We keep a record for up to six years of all transactions to do with money and also documents provided by vets and the owners of the pets.. Although there is certain information we can not sure public about the owners details due to the DATA PROTECTION ACT of 1998, we can give photo evidence with there details covered up.. We love the work we do and sometimes we have problems out of our control that can affect our abilities to work on cases, We have three children all growing up still and also our own animals to look after.. I also take care of my brother Chris who has server learning difficulties and this can be very taxing at times.. We love your donation and so do the people that place bids on them, its all down to your amazing gifts that these fur-baby's get there much needed treatment "Without you we wouldn't be able to do this". We will have T-Shirts, caps, mugs and mats up for grabs with Artic's Logo on if you would like to purchase these, This is all donated by ourselves and all money raised from these sales goes direct to helping an animal in need...

I've just made a payment of £78.75 over to Snowie's vets , I had a chat with them about why the outstanding bill had jumped from £442.20 to £588.20 and they wasn't sure so thankfully the outstanding bill that they said the first time was correct.. so the grand total outstanding is now £363.45 it will go up a little tomorrow when he visits As Snowie couldn't get in for his check up today. Again a huge thank you to all xx

Update on Snowie He's just got back home and feeling a little hungry bless him, he's still not got any movement in his hind legs, and they are unsure on how long it will take for movement to return :( He's been placed on 2 lots of pain relief until his check up on Monday. We have paid £110 over today, and his current outstanding bill is at £552.71
